Our family's favorite Chicago architectural landmark is the ever-popular Sears Tower.  It is exciting to look for the tall building any time we are near the city.  No matter which direction we approach Chicago, we look for it.  How wonderful it has been to teach our children about architecture through the wonderful Sears Tower!

Our favorite landmark is the sculpture "Cloud Gate" (my kids call it "The egg"). I love to take pictures of it, night pictures are very dramatic...

Everytime we go into the city, the kids love to find the Sears Tower and the Hancock Building.  We often go up on top of those and try and spot our home, Wrigley Field, the museums, etc.  They love going up and scouting the city!!

We like the Sears tower because you can see it so well from so far away.

Our family's favorite architectural landmark is the Sears Tower.  Since we don't live too far from downtown, we can actually see the Sears Tower from our 2nd floor on a clear day! It really is a magnificent view.

Honestly, anything downtown my children LOVE.  I would say my daughter's favorite is John Hannock and the Macy's on State street (such a girl already).  My son loves the tall buildings and the El Train or Union Station.

Our family's favorite Chicago architectural landmark(s) is really all the neat homes in Oak Park & River Forrest, especially the ones associated to Frank Lloyd Write.  However, we are trying to educate our kids that Chicago really offers an abundance of landmarks.  Thanks.  JFH

Re: Get your sweet prize here

What us pleases Chicago is his Gothic buildings that transport us to the series of movies Batman, and also the untouchable ones. I believe that take care of it has a not alone atraccion for us but also for the whole world; Buildings as those of the Chicago Tribune, the Justice, they are the landmark of our city.

    God Bless Chicago.
