It's a Bird, it's a Plane, it's Super Tuesday!

Some days are just more exciting than others.

Christmas usually ranks pretty high on the kiddie Top Ten list, followed closely by Halloween, an unexpected snow day, during-school blackout, or highly-anticipated milestone birthday.

For adults, February 5, 2008 is looking pretty good so far, and not just because of the fat, filled-to-bursting packzis being offered up at every supermarket, office, bank, coffee shop and teacher's lounge the nation over.

Today's the day to rock the vote, and whether your candidate wears an Elephant or Donkey-shaped emblem on their blazer, what better way to literally wear your political heart on your sleeve than by getting young movers and shakers for social change in on the bi-partisan party with onesies and tees from baby politico.

These politically savvy little numbers are definitely PC all the way around, and are made of 100% combed cotton in the good old U.S. of A.

Many designs are offered on 100% certified organic cotton, and all are of course 100% sweat-shop free.

Bonus: None of the tees are endorsed by any political party or specific candidate, so there's no need to worry that you're buying a ride on a bandwagon that may not reflect your values.

Cosmotot's pick is the sassy "My Mama's for Obama" style (shown at top left, $16-$18), although baby politico's short- and long-sleeved tops touting environmentally friendly messages against global warming and preserving nature definitely hold their own on the babywear ballot.

Cosmomama says there's more in the details:
A portion of the profits from each sale is donated to Big Brothers and Big Sisters, a community-level charity that promotes one-to-one mentoring to motivate at-risk children to strive for success ... and maybe even become president some day.
