Parents Know Best

Time is on your side

Even though kids have little to no concept of time (a minute can take forever and an hour can go by in a second if they’re playing with a favorite toy or game), teaching them how to tell time is still important. What Time is It? by eeBoo is a simple game that makes learning how to tell time fun and even a little competitive.

The game includes four cardboard clocks and cards listing different times. In its simplest version, players pick a card and attempt to adjust the hands on their clocks to match the time on the card. Once the kids master that part, they can make it a race to see who puts the correct time on his or her clock first. Our testing mom and daughter loved this game and the mom said it was a great way for her daughter to learn. Actually understanding what you mean when you say “hold on a minute” can come later.

What Time is It? retails for $17 and is for two to four players ages 4 and up. For more information or to order visit www.eeboo.com.
